600*600mm Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor
Abeite Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor stands out in the market as a top-tier product, crafted from 100% eco-friendly natural gypsum powder. This commitment to green practices extends through every stage of its lifecycle, from material selection and procurement to production and packaging, ensuring compliance with stringent standards such as the Chinese and PSA MOB PS/SPU, as well as DIN EN 12825 specifications. Aiming to match the high-quality benchmarks set by renowned German brands like Mero and Lindner, Abeite has invested in advanced German HOMAG and Italian SCM machinery for automated production. This strategic approach enables us to offer our customers products of unparalleled quality, reflecting our dedication to excellence and environmental responsibility.
Construction:
Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor is based on a high-density and fiber-reinforced calcium panel, finished with HPL/PVC/Ceramic and other covering, galvanized steel sheet or aluminum foil to the bottom, and the four edges are wrapped with conductive PVC trims.
Why use Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor?
Calcium sulphate(sulfate) raised floor panels, also known as gypsum raised floors, have several attributes that make them a preferred choice for modern office spaces, data centers, and environments requiring robust and stable flooring solutions.
Calcium sulfate panels are known for their exceptional strength and durability. They can support heavy loads, making them suitable for areas with heavy equipment or high foot traffic. This high load-bearing capacity ensures longevity and reliability, reducing the need for frequent replacements or repairs.
One of the standout features of calcium sulfate is its excellent fire resistance. It is a non-combustible material that can withstand high temperatures without releasing harmful substances. This makes calcium sulfate raised floors ideal for buildings that prioritize safety and compliance with stringent fire codes.
Calcium sulfate provides better sound insulation compared to other materials like particleboard or steel. This acoustic benefit is particularly valuable in office environments where noise reduction can contribute to a more comfortable and productive workspace.
Calcium sulfate panels are less prone to expansion and contraction with changes in humidity and temperature. This dimensional stability helps in maintaining the integrity and alignment of the floor system, which is crucial in environments like data centers where precision is key.
While not completely waterproof, calcium sulfate offers better moisture resistance than many other core materials used in raised floors. This feature reduces the risk of mold growth and structural damage due to moisture, enhancing the overall indoor air quality and longevity of the floor system.
Calcium sulfate is often manufactured from recycled materials, making it an environmentally friendly choice. The panels are also fully recyclable at the end of their life cycle, which appeals to organizations committed to sustainable building practices.
The robustness and stability of calcium sulfate make it ideal for integrating with underfloor heating and cooling systems, as well as cable management systems in data centers and offices. This compatibility allows for flexible and efficient building design and infrastructure planning.
Calcium sulfate panels can be finished with a variety of coverings, such as high-pressure laminates, vinyl, or rubber, providing aesthetic versatility to match any interior design. This adaptability is a significant advantage when aesthetics are as important as functionality.
Floors made from calcium sulfate are easy to maintain. Their resistance to wear and tear means they require less frequent replacements of the finish covering, and their stable nature minimizes issues with misalignment or uneven surfaces that can complicate cleaning procedures.
